On Thursday, 2 April, Kenyans woke up to the shocking news of Moi University Garissa Town Campus attack  just like that of the Westgate type. The bloody attack left 148 dead and many injured.

Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta has announced three days of mourning, in response to the attack on Moi University Garissa attack, and all flag  will fly at half-mast during the mourning period.
