CNN news anchor Poppy Harlow passed out briefly while reporting live on air on Monday morning. 

Harlow was discussing the war on terror when she suddenly passed out after she was heard struggling to finish a sentence and breathing intensely on set. The show then went on a break abruptly.

Few minutes later she reappeared on air and reassured viewers that she was fine.

"For all of you on Twitter who are asking if I'm OK,  thank you so much," she said. "I got a little hot and I passed out for a moment. I am fine and we're going to take a quick break."
