Popular rugby player, Churchill Ooko has come out to strongly deny allegations that he sexually assaulted one lady by the name, Irene.

The former Homeboyz RFC player popularly known as 'Chilopizzy', termed the allegations as malicious and defamatory and called the accuser to bring forth any proof that she was sexually assaulted, threatening to take legal action on the lady.

Over the last 24 hours I’ve been accused of rape by a lady Irene.I want to expressly deny the allegations and would not mind if she brought forward any proof of what she claims I did considering that we were in the company of 3 other friends .

I would also like to question the timing and wonder why she took 6 day to bring forward the allegations with no medical report or not having filed any complains with the authorities. Tweeted Chilopizzy.

The whole fiasco started on Thursday evening when Irene took to twitter threatening to name and shame a rugby player who raped her adding that he should be ready to serve a term in jail.

"Rape can never be justified. Never! No means No! Anything after that is rape. Ladies are often taken advantage of. We end up being scared of speaking and calling out the rapists. I'll name and shame someone. He must come out clean. He should be ready to serve a term in jail." She went on before tweeting a picture of Chilopizzy and branding him a rapist.

Chilopizzy however hit back claiming that Irene fabricated the entire story, questioning why she or even her lady friend who was in their company are yet to report the matter to the authorities six days later.

It is surprising that I’ve been accused of rape without any evidence ,not even her lady friend who was in our company on that day knew of this until yesterday ,the neighbours and the security guard have also confirmed that nothing took place.

If you are raped would you drive in a cab from Rongai to Komarock without reporting the matter to anyone including the cab driver.

Irene then went on to reveal that after she went public with the information, more victims came out claiming they were raped by the same guy with one of them alleging that he once tried to drug her.
