The rate at which Kenyans are being robbed at gun point is alarming. Everyday on social media, you will come across several civilians flaunting guns. Are these guns legally acquired? Are they intended for personal safety or are they being used to commit crime?

Well, Kenya's top rapper King Kaka commonly known as Rabbit shocked many when he narrated his experience at the hands of armed robbers on Friday. Here is the full story:

"First and foremost I want to thank God for the gift of life. On Friday around 7:35pm just before my #KakalegendaryTour began at Zetech Uni, I had a meeting with @kakaempire 's @rajville7 at Total Petrol Station, Madaraka and suddenly a group of 3unmasked men entered the hotel, all armed.

The weird thing is one of them corked a gun and came to me first, pointed the gun in my face and said 'I'll shoot you', took my phone (one week old phone) and my laptop (HP Envy 17'' with the engraving 'Gweth and Ayanna' at the back, just incase it's resold, I lost so much data, I just need the data) and everybody's phone and watch were taken also. And just before

Thanks to all the fans who have been sending me messages. God is in control and the good thing is that I am still alive.
