Imagine waking up in the morning and all the notifications on your phone are strange messages like "RIP", "Gone too soon", "We'll miss you" and those other words that we hate using. What would you do? We'll that's exactly what happened to Kenyan radio presenter and social media personality Xtian Dela.

It's still not clear who started the rumor or the motive behind it, but it clearly caused much damage.

Xtian Dela's family and friends had even started grieving prematurely.

Read his post below;

Woke up to rumors that am dead. There are many things you can joke about but not death. The person who started the rumor must be so jobless. I have received calls and texts from my family in kenya and abroad, concerned and crying. My family had already made plans to come to Nairobi to mourn me. This is very sick! You made my mom cry and that I will never forgive you for that. I got home at 7:00 am from Murang'a after hosting the with and family. I was tired and slept, my phones went off. I was woken up by who came to my place worried, confused and crying. My friends were also on their way to come see if am alive. Reporters from K24 and other media houses were also on their way to my place. My Fam also called and texted me, sending their RIP messages..This is just crazy. I pray that God forgives the person who started this rumor. You can wish your enemy many things but not death.

This is my Year! This is our Year! As long as I have breath and strength, God I will serve you! God I thank you for the gift of life and this Year I dedicate my life to you. No weapon formed against me shall prosper!! Baraka!
