Paul Ongili, also known as Babu Owino, has earned international recognition for his academic qualifications.

He was invited to speak at a symposium in Namibia recently, but he had to decline due to parliamentary duties. This recognition stems from his strong support for education.

In the meantime, Babu has returned to launch an education series for young lawyers, with a focus on postgraduate students.

"We are back with a BANG. This time we are handling POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS," he announced excitedly. "I will LECTURE CRIMINAL LITIGATION to comrades from Kenya School of Law (KSL) today from 7:30 PM. Stay tuned on all my social media handles."

Criminal litigation primarily deals with criminal statutes. In simpler terms, it is the process that occurs when someone is accused of committing a crime, and the case goes before a court to determine guilt. A criminal litigator is a person who defends someone accused of committing a crime.

Their responsibility is to represent their client in court, protect their rights, and ensure the court hears their side of the story.

The Embakasi MP also shared a video clip explaining his topic, including the relevant laws and procedures.

Babu is also known for launching online teaching classes for students preparing for their end-of-year exams. He traditionally focuses on mathematics, a subject he loves and often remarks on its simplicity.
