Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti and CAS Millicent Omanga proudly attended their children's graduation from Brookhouse School in Karen.

The families of the respective 18-year-old students celebrated at the school grounds on Friday, June 14. Ndeti's daughter, Alika, posed for pictures with the politician while other family members joined in.

"Dear daughter Alika Oduwole, your dedication, hard work, self-sacrifice, and God's grace have triumphed. I wish you God's blessings and protection as you continue to pursue your dreams.

Congratulations on your exemplary performance and to the entire graduating class of 2024 from Brookhouse Schools," wrote the Governor on her Instagram.

Omanga's son also received congratulations from the CAS. "Congratulations on your graduation and your well-deserved success. Best wishes for your next grand adventure, son."

During the ceremony streamed on the school's YouTube channel, the choir sang the Kenyan anthem and other songs led by entertainer Ian Mbugua.

In the welcome address, the Class of 2024 was hailed as the institution's 16th graduating group. School officials shared their thoughts and ideas, honoring the students as they embark on their next journey.

The students were reminded of the words of former US President Barack Obama, who said, "The future belongs to young people with an education and the imagination to create."
