The NDC comes amid a vicious power struggle pitting him against former allies turned relentless critics.
Uhuru’s camp has been fighting for the soul of the former ruling party and seizing control of the outfit from the rebels who are agitating for a divorce from former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
The last time Uhuru was seen in public on Jubilee party affairs was on April 26, 2023.
He was at the Jubilee headquarters in Kileleshwa amid wrangles.
This was after chaos at the Jubilee headquarters office after supporters of EALA MP Kanini Kega and Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni clashed.
Uhuru, the de facto Jubilee leader, said the party will solve its issues internally and doesn't need to be pushed by police.
"We have our mechanisms as a political party with which to solve our problems and we shall solve and we shall have our meetings and the party's membership will decide the party's future," he said then.
