Rachel Ruto was headed for an interview and shared on her social media pages her outfit of the day, plus a caption about her day.
Rachel captioned three pictures and said, "We're putting all of our strengths and resources together. We believe in a Kenya far bigger than ourselves. We will leave no one behind. We'll make Kenya a better place because we'll do it together."
Her outfit got the attention of the girls on Twitter who immediately asked who her plug is.
