Karen Nyamu has decided to respond to the recent controversy after the video and photos emerged of her kissing a certain politician.

The trained lawyer decided to speak on the issue on Mpasho's own Instagram page, where she sarcastically called us out.

The aspiring politician was of the opinion that this was a non-story and that the kiss captured on camera didn't merit being called a kiss.

She wrote, "Ni story mumekosa? If this is how you kiss, si mko chini sana!

I can sort of understand Karen's caustic reaction to the story. Why? This is an election year and small distractions like this can set a politician back as far as their campaigns go.

And that's not all, there is the small issue of her baby daddy called Samidoh. Karen and the Mugithi singer are currently expecting their second baby as parents. 

Let's not forget the incident that allegedly happened between the two in August last year. At the time, Karen alleged that their altercation had happened because he was jealous about who she was hanging out with.
