ODM leader Raila Odinga has over time proven to be a romantic husband to Ida Odinga. 

The 77-year-old does not shy away from proving his soft side when an opportunity presents itself. 

Today, Raila Odinga was 'driving and vibing into 2022 with some new friends.' 

During the ride, Raila was challenged to a number of quickfire questions. 

On the type of shoes he likes to wear, Raila said he prefers to wear sneakers than loafers. 

"If you were to go to a shop and you want to pick an impromptu gift for Ida, would it be flowers or chocolates?" he was asked. 

Raila said he would pick flowers always, and Ida loves them red.

Whether he would choose Kayole, Dagoreti, or Githurai, Raila answered, "Because Dagoretti is nearer to me, I would choose it."

Raila said he eats foods like Githeri and Nyama Choma at his home but would not mind taking Chips Mwitu. 

When it comes to fish, Raila loves it fried.

"I prefer dry-fry fish, but I can also take fresh ones, depending on how it is cooked. My mum was a very good fish cook, she knew which fish is fresh and how to prepare it," he said. 

The ODM leader was also asked about an African country that he would love to live in.

He said he would want to 'live and die' in Kenya.
