Njugush has revealed he won't be supporting Jalang'o's political bid in 2022.
Do not get it twisted, Njugush is for young leaders but he says he won't lie he will vote for Jalang'o when he knows he won't.
Speaking during an interview with Mzuka Kibao TV, the father of one said;
"Why should I lie that I will vote for Jalang'o and I vote in Ruiru? I am for young leaders but by the end of the day, it's a personal journey."
Njugush says he would never join politics even though some people have been pushing him to.
"It's hard for me to join politics but people have really been asking If I will join maybe because I talk a lot on matters of politics.
I only say what I feel but I am not ready to join politics.
When a cow tells the grass it is not green enough it can not turn to grass and eat itself.
Everyone is doing what they are good at. We are not in a competition ."
In an interview with SPM Buzz, Jalang'o revealed he is already interacting with people on the ground as he awaits his resignation;
"9th February/2022 is my last day working on radio. We have already planned how the transition will be and are already on the ground working with the youth and the women.
I will officially change my name to Jalang'o."
Jalang'o added that he decided to join politics to help better people's lives;
"I decided to join politics because we want people to develop, life is sweeter when people say thank you because you helped them,
He who has no dreams is a pig. I did community development on campus and it helped me learn how to be a leader whom people can rely on. That is why my slogan is 'Utu na watu/Humanity with people'."
