Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria and Laikipia Woman Representative Cate Waruguru have been involved in an ugly war of words on social media.

Moses Kuria, who is receiving treatment at the Karen Hospital shared a screenshot of an awful message he received from Waruguru.

"You will know no peace.... here on earth," read the WhatsApp message from Waruguru to Moses Kuria.

To this, Moses Kuria replied; 'Amen.'

While sharing the screenshot on his social media, Moses Kuria captioned;

“Thank you Hon Catherine Waruguru. May God not hear your prayers. But I will pray for you my condition notwithstanding.”

This turned the private conversation and beef between the two leaders to a public issue.

The Laikipia Woman Rep went ahead to expose why Moses Kuria was hospitalized and the reason why she sent him the unpleasant message.

Waruguru accused Kuria of being insensitive towards women and their infants, saying that he was nursing a burn injury.

“Hon. Moses Kuria now I know hospital bed has humbled you to prayers and not insults. Am sorry your feet deep fried and burnt. Who ever bought that warmer machine without proper doctors prescription will tell us why your nerves failed you.

Anyway Mutha polite reminder when you insults Us women with our infant children & dead parents......Tunakuwanga human beings too. Enjoy the sympathy for now. You carry the Trophy "most insensitive Leader". Quick healing in your 2nd surgery/ Grafting,” she posted.
