Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris has penned a sweet message celebrating her 77-year-old mother.
In her post, Esther Passaris shared that her mother has been a strong woman, and her source of inspiration.
Passaris also explained that her mother taught her a saving culture and having a strong belief in God.
She wrote;
"I'd like to honour my mother Mary Wanjiku Joubert Passaris who turns 77 today.
For being bold and beautiful at every age, for marrying her first love & nurturing a friendship so strong it transcends time, for being prayerful, for overcoming life's hurdles.
My mother would say, 'Save, no matter how little, for a rainy day. Work hard to own a home. All things will fall in place with faith over fear.'
She taught me that God answers prayers in 3 different ways, 'Yes' or, 'Yes but not now or, 'No I have something better for you.'"
She shared a picture of her mum, who looks young and beautiful. The father of Esther Passaris is 79-years old and a Greek National.
