Raila Odinga's aide Silas Jakakimba is off the market. 

Yesterday, a romantic Jakakimba went down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend only identified as Florence at an exclusive location. 

Dressed in red, Florence was surprised with a decorated room filled with rose petals and champagne ready to celebrate the romantic occasion. 

Taking to his social media, Jakakimba celebrated her fiancee' whom he termed as his best friend. 

"Here is to the woman that’s good and sweet, here’s to the woman that’s true, that’s real; here’s to the woman that forever rules my Heart, here’s to you, Nyasuba - a thing of beauty is a joy forever, here’s to you my Friend. What a Beautiful Soul," he shared.

Jakakimba, who serves as Raila Odinga's senior adviser at his Capitol Hill office is a father of three boys. 

However, he has been embroiled in a public spat with his previous partner, and the mother of his sons.

Jakakimba and his baby Mama have been in court corridors. He has been accused of failing to provide upkeep for the kids.

On the other hand, Jakakimba has accused his baby Mama of denying him access to the kids.
