Valarie Prengei, daughter to the late nominated senator Victor Prengei left mourner in tears thanks to her moving tribute.

The tribute was read during a requiem mass of the late Nominated Senator Victor Prengei held at Good shepherd church on Thursday 26/08/2021.

Prengei died last week after being involved in a road accident at Gioto area in Nakuru County.

Valerie's tribute to her dad read, "Dad I really miss you, I never knew you will leave us so suddenly.

You were a good dad, you advised me and did the best to provide for my siblings and me.

I promise to continue with my studies as you wished. You tried your best in helping people and the community at large without boundaries.

I was sad at the moment I learned about your death. God said in all things we should appreciate him. Your death left a scar in our hearts but your legacy will stand in our life forever.

We will miss you, dad."

According to Catherine Prengei, wife to the late senator. Today also happens to be their son's birthday.

May he rest in peace and may God give the family peace to overcome their grief.

"What a painful coincidence that as we lay you to rest, today marks the day our son was bought into this world.

How I wish we could be together for us to celebrate his 3rd birthday. It is hard to make him understand that you are no more, as he keeps asking -wapi daddy,mbona unalia mum, nani chapa wewe?' Catherine penned on her tribute.

Prengei will be buried at his home in Marioshoni on Saturday.
