Team Mafisi loses yet again! Top athlete Mercy Cherono Koech will get engaged to her fiancé in a traditional ceremony (Koito) at her rural home in Kipajit Village, Sotik Constituency, Bomet County on December 17, this year.

Although the sexy athlete has not yet revealed the identity of her fiance, sources have it that the two have been dating for too long and they finally decided to settle down. Her parents Mr and Mrs Koech are so excited and have already planned for their daughter's engagement ceremony and have invited guests.

This invitation card was posted on Riadha AK House official facebook account and captioned;

"Let's all wish Mercy Cherono a happy fruitful engagement"

Mercy Cherono is is a two-time world junior champion in the 3000 metres (2008, 2010) and has also won gold medals at the 2007 World Youth Championships in Athletics and 2008 Commonwealth Youth Games.

Cherono joins the likes of Sarah Hassan, Maureen Waititu who are now spoken for.
