The late Ivan Ssemwanga is a man who left behind a lot of wealth for his ex-wife Zari.

I mean, A LOT! Apart from mansions in Uganda, cars and businesses across Africa, Ivan had also built houses in South Africa.

One of the houses is based in Cape town, next to the ocean.

Zarina Hassan, Ivan's ex wife visited the place and gave fans a taste of how posh the place is.
