Kenyans started thronging Nyayo stadium as early as 4 am for the State Prayer day of former President Daniel Moi, before his burial tomorrow.

The stadium is expected to hold 30,000 people and those who will not be inside the stadium will have to watch from outside on live screens.

Moi's body had been at parliament buildings for the last three days with more than 200,000 people getting a chance to view his body.

The process was closed yesterday, the state had to add an extra one hour given that by 6:00 pm there were still people lining up to view the body.
