Child abuse is something only scum would condone. There is never an excuse. And while I understand that in the African context this is a bit of a grey area -where does disciplining a child stop and child abuse begin? That said, you know when you have gone overboard.

But this particular case was never justified. When a househelp who goes by the names Jolly Tumuhiirwe decided to brutalize an innocent little girl. Her father decided to take the law into his own hands.

that said and done, I want to spark some debate on the matter. I want you to come face to face with the aftermath of the brutal beating the little angel received at the hands of Jolly (the irony of her name and the works of her hands are not lost on me).
