Today however, we will be looking at Joho's diamond-encrusted gold Rolex. Aye, you read that right. While some like me are still plotting (read saving) to get the basic issue Rolex, Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho is busy showing off that there truly are lanes to this.

He casual posed for a photo in which he called attention to his latest acquisition, a Rolex Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II watch which costs about 87,710 USD in it's most basic offering but that figure rises up significantly when you take into account that Joho's watch has diamonds on the bezel, dial and straps!

Rolex Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II Watch is made of 18K yellow gold and its case measures 40 millimeters in diameter. The case is encrusted with 76 diamonds while the bezel comes with 29 diamonds and 30 sapphires. The watch features a pave diamond dial with date, 12 hour hand, 24 hour hand and gold Oyster Fliplock bracelet.
