This Second President of the Republic of Kenya has proven that he spends money... And yes, he spends it on useful things. Moi is about to build a 45 billion shilling hospital in Kabarak, one that will be used for teaching, research and service to the community.

For the first time, many can now say that the former president has a heart of gold. The hospital will have state-of-the-art health facilities as well as a 500-bed capacity.

This is not the first time Moi has spent multi-millions, it is believed that he has several mansions across the nation that are worth millions.
