Life and relationship coach Robert Burale has opened up about how he has been shamed by people. Burale said this in an interview with Tamima Ibrahim.

When asked about his experience on toxic shame, he said;

Yes, I have. Mine came when I was much older. Toxic shame can come from various quarters from people. People have tried to shame me and if your are not careful, you may start believing what they are saying,

Adding;

It took alot of power from within and prayer to not believe some of this things. Some of these people that were trying to bring the shame, were actually insecure with themselves.

Burale has in the past been accused of allegedly refusing to return monies he owed. One person that came out to shame him on social media was a popular Kenyan actress who allegedly said she was owed 250,000
