Former Machachari actor Ian Munene, popularly known as Almasi has hit the headlines again.

This is after photos of him wearing a dhoti, which many are confusing it with a skirt surfaced.

Dhoti It is a garment worn by male Hindus, consisting of a piece of material tied around the waist and extending to cover most of the legs.

Almasi's followers were quick to criticise his way of dressing and this is not the first time people are questioning his sexual orientation. In past interviews, the multi-talented actor has addressed claims that he's a homosexual.

Recently, through his Youtube channel, Almasi, who has decided to turn a deaf ear to cyberbullies and revealed that people can say whatever they want, but only God can judge him.

"ANYTIME YOU TRY TO RISE TO THE TOP, THERE IS ALWAYS GOING TO BE PEOPLE TRYING TO BRING YOU DOWN. IF SOMEONE IS NOT SAYING IT TO YOUR FACE AND USING A SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM TO TELL YOU SOMETHING BAD OR SOMETHING RUDE OR NEGATIVE THEN DON’T PAY ATTENTION TO IT. IF SOMEONE TRULY MEANS SOMETHING NEGATIVE THEY SHOULD HAVE THE CONFIDENCE TO SAY IT TO YOUR FACE. IF IT IS SOMETHING THEY CAN’T SAY TO YOUR FACE, STRAIGHT UP, THEN YOU DON’T NEED TO CARE ABOUT IT."

Adding that:

"ALSO PEOPLE WILL TRY TO BRING YOU DOWN WHEN THEY SEE YOU DOING SOMETHING THEY DON’T HAVE THE BALLS TO DO. WHEN THEY SEE YOU BREAKING THE BARRIERS, OR NOT FOLLOWING THE NORM, THEY WILL ALWAYS TALK CRAP. KEEP ON DOING YOU, KEEP ON PERFECTING YOU."

Well, the young lad has responded trolls, who criticised him for wearing cross-dressing and he wrote:

"People will always look for something to say to fill up their False Ego. It’s interesting to see that a majority of people have no clue what I do and who I am, yet they think they have the right to judge and critique my actions. For anyone dealing with anything similar... Just remain focused. The Truth will be out in the end."

He further said that he's not going to prove himself and will remain silent until the truth is out.

"Silence is the best weapon against the nescience of this generation. One becomes a fool when they argue with a fool 🙏🏾😆."
