We all remember Rose Muhando and no home would miss her music whether on cassettes or CDs or DVDs. Her music inspired many and changed the lives of many as well.

But in the past few years, the once-upon-a-time superstar of the gospel industry has been nowhere to be heard and seen. Muhando was battling different things among them a rare disease. Rumours went viral that she was also battling drug addiction but she later came out to dispel the claims.

Early this week, the "Nibebe" hitmaker visited Neno Evangelism Centre in Nairobi's CBD, where the founder of the church Apostle James Ng'ang'a exorcised demons that had possessed her. In a video that has gone viral, the controversial pastor could be seen and heard talking to the demons as Muhando rolled on the floor. Ng'ang'a starts by calling Muhando to the altar.

The singer, with a bandaged hand, begins to scream as she rolls on the floor. Pastor Ng'ang'a agoes ahead to command out the demons tormenting Rose.

Come out! Wachilia maisha! Kimbia uende! Kimbia! Toa mishipa yako..toa! Holy Ghost Fire! 

After a few minutes, the demons start talking through Muhando and revealing they are 10 in number, stating the misfortunes they've caused her. The video has gone viral and award-winning gospel singer Papa Dennis has offered to help Rose Muhando to get back to her feet.

I would like to call on all my fans and every music-loving persons to pray for our mother in the gospel world Rose Muhando so that she can overcome the challenges she is facing. I want to ask my fellow gospel artists to come together and we find away of helping out.
