King of controversy, Otile Brown is at it again.

So Otile and the girlfriend have been filling our feed with stories telling us they are cooking something new. When the new thing was finally brought to light, Kenyans were in shock!

He has been using the hashtag Mungu Wetu Sote in all his posts. Yesterday he dropped a video and it already has traction. Otile Brown is thanking God for the far he has brought him from his humble beginnings to the star he is today. The song was apparently directed by Vera Sidika.

Good idea bro, only thing is why is the video full of alcohol and turn up? This is the question on his fans minds. A gospel song turned sexual. Gospel music is a genre of Christian music that speaks the word of God. Though it varies according to culture and social context.

The video is even shot in a club. In the hook he says:

acha nishereke nikunywe hadi nilewe nizime hadi nibebwe.

After these lyrics, he goes on to sing God loves us all today is my blessing tomorrow is yours. Okay, he is trying to portray he is having a good life now after the hard times which is okay. His fans in the comment section acknowledge it is a nice song but he would have changed the concept of the lyrics if he wanted that video.

Read the comments below:

Charles: The song is dope message ni tamu but video haijaendana ...That's not how you testify..let be honest guys He is a secular artist sikatai but the video ingekuwa clean kiasi juu unashukuru Mungu.I stand to be corrected

Ruth: hii mambo ya half-naked women kwa inspiration song is not nyc

Agnes: just doing a clean video to go with the content and avoid the drinking part...so that it acts as a benediction...nwy just my view

Geoffrey: Good song but the video is obviously a blasphemy

If that is not enough, Otile Brown's new song, Mungu Wetu Sote has the beats to a song by Tekno. You remember when Kenyan ladies were all excited Tekno wants a Kenyan girl with a big waist? Yap that song, Your Luv.

I told you this guy is all about controversy. He joins the likes of Harmonize who just released a song, Nimwage Radhi using the beats in a song by Phyno hit song, Fada Fada, Bahati's song Ching Ching which was a stolen beat from Yemi Alade's song  911 featuring Harmonize and many others.
