There is an incident that was highlighted on social media; an Orange Kenya employee served a customer at one of the care centres and after the fact, used some confidential documents he had in his possession (which had her information) to get her number so he could send her messages on Whatsapp.

The interesting thing about all this is the fact that it has completely divided opinion. I wouldnae have imagined this to have been an emotive subject but it seems it is. On the one hand, people are arguing that the lass overreacted by reporting the incident to Telkom Orange -then posting it on social media- and on the other hand people are arguing that the lass' right to privacy was violated.
