The mother of three has called out those who look down upon others saying she was taught how to respect others irrespective of their social classes.

“I was raised to treat the janitor with the same respect as the CEO,” she wrote.

Adding;

“Don’t be coming out at people with that “do you know who I am ” garbage. It just shows how empty and full of crap you are. Simple. The only difference between you and the next guy is probably just the size of your wallet. And if your heart was to stop, your wallet will not bring you back to life. Show some respect. Be nice.”

Tina Kagia also shared another post talking about the lessons 2017 has taught her. It has’t been easy for her especially after parting ways with her estranged husband JB Masanduku.

“As #2017 comes to an end, it is important to take stock of your year. What did you learn? Those life lessons are the fuel you need to propel you through #2018 and probably for the rest of your life. These are my take home lessons.

1.It is OK to grieve. When you loose/let go of things/ people/situations that mattered to you, let yourself feel. Nobody gets to tell you how to do that. Feel it to your core. Then pick yourself up.

2.Its OK to put everyone and everything aside so as to take care of yourself. Some people call it selfish. Be selfish. You deserve it.

3.Forgiving yourself and those who don’t deserve your forgiveness is the best gift you can give yourself.

‘Losing my friends through an accident has been the lowest point in my life,’ sobs Millicent Mugadi, Ziwani MCA

4.Fear is all in the mind. You have absolute control of your mind.

5.Nobody is coming to fix you. That job belongs to God and you.

6.You owe the world your story. Everybody has a story. Somebody needs to learn from yours.

7. Chamomile tea is great for insomnia. Sometimes.

8.Meditation is hard, but not impossible. I’m still learning. It is absolutely crucial to control your thoughts and thought pattern.

9.When (not if) you have to catch grenades and take bullets for people, regardless of the set up or nature of the relationship, business included, make sure they are worth it .

10.Discipline!!!You have got to be disciplined in every aspect of your life. No grey areas here. This is a pretty tough one for me honestly.

11.God is still raising the dead. Like Lazarus dead… Story for another day.

12.People’s vocalized opinions about your life more often than not tend to reflect more about them, their thoughts, fears and inadequacies .Don’t let them get to you.

13.Do you. Stop letting people live their lives through you.

14.As the desiderata says, even the dull and the ignorant, they too have their story. Don’t be too quick to dismiss people.

15.Most things and situations under the sun can be fixed. If you put your back into it, it is possible. However, a dead end will never become a tunnel. Keep your eyes open.”
