Real Househelps of Kawangware is one of the highly-rated local productions currently. The show, which depicts the lives of a typical Kenyan househelps airs on NTV every Wednesday at 7:30 pm.

The show has unique and creative actors among them DJ Shiti, Awiti, Njambi, Siphira but several have left.

Some of the pioneer actors Njugush, Matilda and Truphena left the show and fans have been begging them to come back.

They added flavour to the show and below are some of the reasons why they left.

Njugush left the show to pursue his personal projects but according to sources, he left because of low payment and disagreement with producers.

 I will nolonger be on ‪#‎trhk sad as might be. This is due to Important aspects of the show changing for the new season. The aspects being Scripting and Directing.change is not bad, but without gelled and oiled transition I feel it would put characters, plot, and the whole show in jeopardy.

Matilda in an interview with Citizen TV, she said,

Honestly, for Real House Helps circumstances pushed me. I was pushed, I didn’t have any plans on you know… but circumstances pushed me, so I just decided can you remove me from your script kidogo and that was that. And then I felt that I needed to get out of that comfort zone. I needed to explore and see what else I could do.
