Pauline Muganda Shamola, whose photo kneeling down to serve a disabled man called William at a Safaricom outlet in Nakuru went viral leaving her trending on social media for the better part of Friday afternoon. Pauline, a Safaricom employee, touched the hearts of many who when she went out of her way to serve William leaving Kenyans begging the Safaricom CEO to promote the humble lady.

Pauline who did this out of kindness was visited and rewarded by officials of the National Council of People Living With Disabilities on Friday and this left her shedding tears of joy.

During an interview with a local publisher, Pauline revealed that she had trained as an air hostess, a field she worked in for a while before joining Safaricom as a customer service officer and was mesmerized by Kenyans congratulatory messages on social media.

Yesterday, Pauline was lucky to meet Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore and below are the photos of them hanging out together.

William is a well known Tanzanian who lives in Nakuru is and on Friday, well-wishers donated a wheelchair to him.
