The NTV fraternity is mourning the sudden death of their colleague killed minutes after leaving work.

Early today morning, Raphael Nzioki, a video editor with NTV was involved in a hit and run accident just outsude their office.

Eye witnesses state that a motorist hit Raphael and sped off, leaving his lifeless body on the road.

Levi Mashru his workmate wrote in a tweet,

"At around 1.30am, Raphael Nzioki was involved in a hit and run at the Kimathi Street/Kenyatta Avenue junction. He died on the spot. Whoever did this you won't escape."

Levi added,

"Very sad. Yesterday he was at work jovial. Whoever did it he is seeing it. Kenya police will do everything to get the killer."

Raphael's body was taken to the City Mortuary.

He was a bubbly fellow who loved hiphop. He also ran a studio where he recorded several artistes.
