Barely a day after rumours went round that NTV’s Richard Chacha had been fired by the Managing Editor Linus Kaikai for being unproductive, the political affairs reporter has come out to comment on the matter.

In 2012, Nation Media journalists among then Chacha were involved in a grisly road accident along the Nairobi-Narok road. The journalists survived the accident but the eloquent speaker was left crippled after suffering serious hip injuries.

Amidst the rumours circulating that he had been fired from NMG for being unproductive, Chacha took to Facebook to clarify that he is still at NTV.

"Hey guys, I am still at work... I will let you know if and when I am leaving."
