Businesswoman Marya Prudence has revealed that she is on a healing journey and a lot of self-love is involved.

Marya lost her firstborn child, Adana, at birth and months later separated from her husband, media personality Willis Raburu.

In a social media post, Marya shared a quote by author Nikki Banas,

"At the end of the day, what really matters is that you are doing what makes you happy. It's about following your heart wherever it leads you and being yourself wherever you go. It's about loving and celebrating who you are so much that it just doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. And it's about celebrating others and who they are too. Ts' It's about encouraging others to be who they are because there is no competition or race. Your life is about creating your own happiness; your life is about letting yourself shine. -Nikki Banas"

In another post, she highlighted that self-love is an ongoing journey that everyone takes.

"I don't think the healing process ever ends. I just think there comes a time when you decide that your wounds aren't going to stop you from becoming the person you want to be. Self-love is a lifelong journey & sometimes it's harder than others. You just have to commit -Ebonee Davis"

Marya who has been posting videos and photos of her living her life to the fullest from influencing for a beauty brand to attending jazz concerts.

This is in line with a philosophy she posted,

"If you want a nice body, go get it. If you want to become a lawyer, study your ass off. If you want nice hair, pick a style and get it done. Stop being afraid and motivate yourself. Find yourself. Find your happiness, because it's out there waiting for you."

Today morning, Marya posted a moving life resolution that read, "Not giving a sh*t better than revenge," on her Instastories.
