Yesternight news went viral that one of the most celebrated respected and admired women in the world American inspirational Christian speaker and author Joyce Meyer was no more. The rumour which was started by a local blog, reported that Meyer died on arrival at the hospital.

"Joyce Meyer died shortly after taking ill on Thursday evening in Fenton, Missouri.

According to the reports, she died few minutes on arrival A the hospital and details of the cause of her death was not given as her body has now been sent for autopsy."

Joyce Meyer then posted a video of herself just to confirm that she was safe and sound and captioned;

"Special Message: I'm Alive!"

Joyce Meyer is president of Joyce Meyer Ministries. Meyer and her husband Dave have four grown children and live outside St. Louis, Missouri. Her ministry is headquartered near the St. Louis suburb of Fenton, Missouri.

This habit of people 'killing' others on social media has been rampant in the recent past and we hope the victims (those who are killed) will take action against those who start such rumours. Prominent people are the most targeted in such cases.
