Njeri Kaberere has gone through something most married women would dread happening, that is, the death of her husband, Peter Kaberere.

5 years ago Njeri's world was turned upside down with the news that her husband, Peter, had been electrocuted at his car wash business.

Njeri said she has maintained a good relationship with Kaberere's parents who are both pastors. Her advice to those mourning a loved one was simple and concise. She said:

Take time and grieve because when you do not grieve and you hold things [in] it can lead to depression.
