Award winning gospel singer Sarah Kiarie - known by her street moniker Sarah K - is a musical force to be reckoned with. She is known for her hits like Liseme, Usiyeshindwa and Hakuna Silaha. In addition to her golden voice, Sarah K is also a mother of a 20-something pretty daughter who recently graduated.

Now that you have meet the daughter - thanks to the link above - allow me to tell you about her relationship with her celebrity mother.

The daughter, Patricia seems like the ideal kid, any parent would wish for. She doesn't act out or seem to have that rebellious streak that is evident in most youngins her age.

During one of her birthdays, Sarah K wrote a message saying how proud she is of her.

"happy Birthday to our first child Patricia ...praying n wishing you a healthy blessed life...may the favour of God be upone you all the days of your life.

After all, how can you be rebellious when your mum is Sarah K, a god fearing woman? And your dad a pastor? How now?

So, Patricia graduated recently. She was studying abroad, at the Middlesex University Mauritius. Sarah K did not manage to attend the graduation ceremony. She was represented by her hubby, Thubi Mwangi Sammy.

However, Sarah K penned a beautiful graduation message for Patricia.

"Nampenda Mungu asiyeshindwa... Congrats to our daughter, away from home but still did it. You've made us proud. To God be all the glory."
