Nine people have died in a road accident involving a PSV and a trailer in Kericho County.
Police said the accident occurred when the driver of the trailer from Kipsitet General lost control at Kisumu Ndogo.
The trailer driver then left his lane and hit a Toyota matatu, where one man died on the spot.
"As a result of the impact several passengers are feared dead, more information to follow as soon as we remove the matatu to confirm whether we have bodies trapped," police said.
