Kenya Power and Lighting Company has released a list of areas in five counties that are set to experience power interruption on Sunday.

The scheduled interruption is meant to allow for maintenance exercises. The list is below:

NAIROBI REGION

Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Affected Areas: Malibu Court Madaraka, Kasneb Towers, Geomaps, Part of Kenyatta Hospital, KEMRI Kenyatta, Kenyatta Hospital Staff Quarters, Madina Centre Mosque, Mbaruk Road, Kanjaro Road, Mosiro Road, Sunview Estate, Golf Course Estate, Ngumo Estate, Kibera AMREF, Silanga, Lini Saba, and adjacent customers.

ELGEYO MARAKWET COUNTY

Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Affected Areas: Katalel Market, Chebonet Secondary School, Kimuchi Safaricom Tower, Salaba Academy, Kipsoen TVC, Sergoit Secondary School, Sergoit Market, Kiplus Market, Chepkitony Primary School, and adjacent customers.
