Kenya's largest Telco, Safaricom has notified its customers that all its Nairobi service shops will be shut on Friday, October 6. This is with the exception of the one at JKIA.
The reason cited by the Telco is that the closure is to carry out internal processes, in response to queries from worried customers about why the temporary closure is being conducted.
In a notice on its social media, Safaricom noted,
"Dear Customer. Kindly note that all shops in Nairobi excluding JKIA will remain closed on Friday 6th October 2023.
Normal services will resume on Saturday, October 7, 2023. For further assistance, ask Zuri, call customer care, or visit your nearest Safaricom dealer. We apologize for any inconvenience."
