The people who participated in the undressing of female colleagues have been suspended by their Limuru firm.
The managers have been suspended awaiting an internal inquiry, according to the company's head of finance and administration, Luke Kimathi.
Kimathi stated that the corporation won't make any other statements until the investigations into the situation are complete.
However, he asserted that the management of the business is assisting the authorities in an investigation that has now led to the arrest of three managers.
“This matter has only recently come to the attention of the senior management of the company. The company is fully cooperating with the police and the company will be conducting a full internal investigation,” he said.
“All individuals involved have been suspended pending the company’s investigation. This is all the information available at this time and there will be no further comment until this is done,” he added.
This week's workers complained about being made to remove their clothes. On Thursday, three corporate executives were detained in relation to the event.
According to the police, a manager who was interested in finding out who had put a sanitary towel in the incorrect place ordered the female employees to strip naked.
According to Tigoni police, their investigation revealed that a top manager had previously forced female employees to remove their clothes.
The incident was originally made public by Senator Gloria Orwoba, who claimed to have gotten a distress call about it on Monday night.
