Education CS Ezekiel Machogu has reshuffled top management in national polytechnics.
In a gazette notice dated February 15, Machogu appointed new council members and chairpersons.
At Kabete National Polytechnic, Machogu has appointed Agnes Wanjiru as the board chairperson.
“Other board members are Henry Huka, Honey Abdi, Purity Sein, Isabella Njeri and Gilbert Nyongi,” the notice reads.
The Kenya Coast National Polytechnic will also receive Patricia Mwaka as the new chairperson.
Mwaka will work with Luciana Sanzua, Peter Munyao, Nuru Bwanakombo, Albert Kagwa and Shukri Baramadi as board members.
“Paul Kibirech is the new chairperson of the Kitale National Polytechnic,” the notice reads.
Ondongo Sylus, Salina Cheruiyot, Harisson Tanga, Isaac Mudogo and Jane Ahuru are the new board members.
The same changes have been applied at Meru National Polytechnic where Anthony Njangi is the new chairperson.
“Othe board members are Susan Kinya, Leshore Serina, Suleyman Boru, Callista Kina and Jenu John,” the notice reads.
Mongeri Mirieri is the new chairperson at Kisii National Polytechnic.
Others appointed are Marwa Stephen, Obadiah Okeri, Mary Elizabeth, Elizabeth Ngeno and Sharon Rose Sabato.
“David Kanyoi is the new Nyeri National Polytechnic chair, other board members are Jayne Cindy Kavuha, Peter Kebiro, Joseph Suge, John Mwenda and Lucy Waruguru,” the notice reads.
Further, Machogu appointed Mabel Khayisia as the Sigalagala National Polytechnic Chair.
She will work with John Mokaya, Phoebe Mumbua, Lynette Adhiambo, Vitalis Wekesa and Kimutai Geoffrey.
