A group of Nyamakima traders on Tuesday held demonstrations outside Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua's office seeking an audience with him over the China Square uproar.

The traders held demonstrations from downtown to Harambee Annex which houses the DP's office.

They decried that the shopping center be closed as it was slowing down business operations. 

They held placards written, "Stop China invasion, protect our businesses. Save our future generation".

The traders were dressed in different colors of dust coats.
