Reprieve as Court bars state from arresting ex-CS Matiang'i

Outgoing CS Fred Matiangi.

The high court has barred the police and any other state agencies from arresting former CS Fred Matiangi.

Justice Kanyi Kimondo has granted him a Sh 200,000 personal bond.

The case will be mentioned on February 23.
