A brother to rally driver Asad Khan has given police an account of the assault that happened between his brother Asad and Maxine Wahome.
Asad's younger brother Adil told the Nation, how the two might have had a fallout.
The management of Preston Court, where the two lived called Asad's brother on Monday at around 1 pm.
The matter was reported to the Kilimani police station, and they rushed to the scene and found Wahome in the house looking disturbed.
Police visited the scene “which appeared disturbed with household goods strewn all over the dining room and a pool of blood on the floor and the staircase.”
The scene was documented and forensic evidence including blood stains and broken glasses collected for examination.
The police said they needed to find whether there were accomplices so that they could be arrested, obtain call data from their mobile phones for analysis and conduct DNA tests of the blood samples.
Additionally, a video trending online shows blood at the scene of the incident.
Preliminary investigations were that Khan sustained a deep cut in his ankle, which was allegedly inflicted by the Wahome.
