(This is one of the videos recorded by the Witnesses of the Precision Air plane crash that was supposed to crash this morning in Bukoba, Kagera while preparing to land)

As reported by Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (TBC) on Sunday morning,  the passenger plane had left Dar es Salaam heading to Bukoba through Mwanza .

The cause of the crash as reported by TBC was caused heavy rainfall and strong wind.

MillardAyo then then went on to post a video of the plane being pulled from the lake by a line of people with a rope. The caption in the video read,

“Kinachoendelea kwa sasa hapa Nyamkazi, Bukoba ni kuivuta kwa kamba Ndege ya PRECISION AIR na kuipeleka pembeni mwa ziwa kusiko na kina kirefu ili kurahisisha zoezi la uokoaji kwa Watu ambao inaelezwa bado wako ndani ya Ndege hiyo.”

(What is currently going on here in Nyamkazi, Bukoba is that they are pulling the PRECISION AIR plane with a rope. They are taking it to the shallow side of the lake in order to facilitate the rescue exercise for the people who are said to be still in the plane)

Some commentors who viewed the video complained that Tanzanian authorities didn't have the necessary wherewithal to deal with such incidents.

Others meanwhile were happy that according to the initial reports, that no one had been injured in the incident.
