President William Ruto has appointed seasoned media personality Hussein Mohamed as the new State House Spokesperson.
A statement issued by outgoing Chief of Staff Joseph Kinyua details that Hussein will be taking over from Kanze Dena.
Before the appointment, Hussein was the Head of Communications in President William Ruto's team.
The former Citizen TV anchor will work closely with David Mukonyi who have been appointed Head of the Presidential Communication service.
Other who have landed new jobs in President William Ruto's government include;
Felix Koskei - Chief of Staff and the Head of Public Service.
Josphat Nanok – Deputy Chief of Staff
Augustine Cheruiyot - Senior advisor and Head of Economic Transformation and Secretariat
Kamau Thugge - Senior Advisor and Head of Fiscal Affairs and Budget Policy
Mohammed Hassan - Member of the President's Council of Economic Advisors.
Nancy Laibuni - Member of President's Council of Economic Advisors
Katoo Ole - Statehouse Comptroller.
Hussein Mohammed - Statehouse Spokesperson
David Mugonyi - Head of Presidential Communication Service
David Ndii – Chairperson of the President’s Council of Economic Advisors
