A viral video of touts doing stunts on a moving 'Nganya' (Matatu) has received mixed reactions from Kenyans On Twitter (KOT).

A section of those who commented on the video is mad at NTSA while others have been angered by the reckless stunts displayed by the touts.

Concerned Kenyans reported the incident directly by tagging NTSA like the tweet below:

Narok senator Ledama Ole Kina joined the conversation comparing the stunts by the touts to a recent incident where DP Rigathi Gachagua was captured hanging on the door of a moving car.

The said incident was recorded in Kisumu during the 94th National Music Festival awards held on 23rd September.

Ledama asked NTSA to cut the driver and the touts some slack.

"Now tell me my good friends @ntsa_kenya why should you arrest a Matatu Driver and two Conductors for hanging on a moving Matatu yet they learned from the second in Command Mr. Riggy G himself @rigathi ?? Stop your double standards men! Cut them some slack!!," Ledema tweeted.

This reaction was not only projected by Ledama but also by the matatu owners on their Twitter page.

Is this what is called setting an example by Rigathi Gachagua?

or is the arrest move by NTSA  the example set for other touts?

Another major reaction was Kenyans praising  NTSA for the quick action with hundreds of retweets about the arrest.

Citizen TV senior reporter Seth Olale praised NTSA for the quick arrest.

"Good job ⁦@ntsa_kenya⁩,"  Olale said.

"The driver & the two conductors have been arrested. They will be charged accordingly. We urge all road users to remain vigilant & speak out against such behaviour. @NPSOfficial_KE @InteriorKE @TransportKE via @ntsa_kenya,"  Ma3Route said on their tweet.

What are some of the measures that should be taken by NTSA?
