A Presidential Escort officer who had been involved in a road accident will be discharged in the next few days.
The news was shared by DP Rigathi Gachagua who had paid the officer a visit in a local hospital where they he is currently admitted.
Through his Twitter account, the DP said that the officer will be discharged in the next few days following a discussion with his doctor.
" Took time to visit officers of the presidential Escort admitted in hospital after a road accident.
I am happy they have made substantial progress and the doctors assured me of their discharge in the next few days. We celebrate our police officers for their patriotism & commitment." He wrote
