I've just come across a video which I believe was shot at the coast, of a drunk young lady being taken out of the water because she had blacked-out.

First of all, why the hell would you go swimming at the beach when you're drunk? This is so stupid and this lady should never be allowed to drink alcohol if she can't handle it!
