Kenneth Gichoka a.k.a Njoro of TV series Papa Shirandula left Kenyans in tears after he talked about the late Charles Bukeko.

Speaking on Bonga na Jalas, Njoro revealed that he met Charles Bukeko popularly known as Papa Shirandula in 1998 at the Kenya national theatre.

Explaining their journey, Njoro said that after working together, they became more than family and at many times Papa Shirandula acted as a mediator between him and his wife. He helped them solve family fights.

'Papa was not a friend to me he was a brother to me wakati nilikuwa na mashida nyumbani nilikuwa nikipigia Papa akuje aongee na bibi yangu mambo inakamilika. Papa alikuwa anasolve shida zangu za nyumbani,' he told Jalas.
